How to Use These MAT Practice Questions
Start by identifying the relationship in the first word pair. Then apply that same relationship to the second word pair. Common analogy relationships include synonyms, antonyms, categories, part-to-whole relationships, cause-and-effect relationships, and examples of the same type.
If you miss a question, review the relationship type before moving on. Analogy questions often depend on recognizing the exact connection between the words, not just choosing an answer that seems generally related.
